职位描述：
Purpose: to lead QC team for the daily inspection work in office and at factories according to the quality standards & schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan the daily QC inspection schedule in office and factories; daily feedback to section head about the inspection result.
2. Give comments & suggestions regarding the encountered problems during the QC inspections; be involved the trouble shooting.
3. Support the QC inspectors’ work and manage the performance disciplines, train the newcomers; support section head to build up teamwork spirit.
4. Ensure the availability of all elements for inspections and measurement tools availability.
5. Conduct QC inspection in QCC and supplier’s factories efficiently according to the instruction and brands'standard and respect strictly the schedule.
6. Monitor and assure QC inspectors following the business code of conduct of the Company.

Requirements:
1> college graduated or above, majoring in mechanics would be preferred
2> at least 5 years working experience while 2-3 years working as supervisor role
3> experienced in metal/mechanical manufacturing, watch industry would be preferred
4> good command of English as working language, especially the written and reading
5> good communication skill, organizaing skill and teamwork spirit
6> experienced in people managment
