法林瓦是一家专业的法国财务金融管理咨询公司，主要领域：
Odoo / 外包财务指导 / 外包财务总监 / 综合业务组合（含企业新建，管理，财务金融，人力资源等业务）
“其中，Odoo是比利时开发的一款开源ERP软件，发展的初衷是为了提供SAP、Microsoft Dynamics等商业ERP软件的开源替代产品，成本仅为此类商业ERP软件的三分之一”

岗位职责：
希望你能够在压力下依旧具备良好的自我激励能力，并且愿意致力于ERP的功能分析和研发，工作严谨关注细节，有能力将项目经理的工作安排妥善完成。欢迎您的加入。
1. ERP的配置和实施.
2. 编写培训手册，录制培训视频，并提供相应的培训（从公司内部员工培训开始）.
3. 根据现有的客户资源, 维护客户, 对公司管理层进行反馈.
4. 根据客户需求, 出报价单, 并拟定合同.
5. 协助项目经理进行ERP的培训工作.

 任职要求：
1. 熟悉公司流程，公司各部门间的运作和联系，快速了解并汲取客户的需求 (Odoo内部现有主要模块：销售，CRM，采购，仓库，生产，财务，项目管理和人力资源).
2. 熟练使用Excel和PPT，熟悉数据库结构.
3. 英语口语流利，具备良好的书写技巧.
4. 良好的沟通技巧和团队协作.

优先考虑具备以下条件者：
1. ERP相关工作经验
2. 有财务金融背景 （如：财务或金融教育背景 / 财务或金融工作背景）

Who we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will need to have strong self-motivation under pressure, strong willing to ERP functional analysis and R&D, have good attention to details and be able to translate information collated from project managers into information packs for the customers.

Welcome to join us!
1. Responsible for ERP configuration and implementation.
2. Provide training to other staff inside company on using the own defined database or written manual.
3. According to the opportunity we have now, be in charge contacting the customers, give feedback to the manager.
4. According to the requirement from customers, be able to issue quotation and make the contract.
5. Support project leader launch the Odoo training.

You will need the following knowledge and skills:
1. Good overview for working process, good knowledge for the operational links among different apartment in a company and quickly capture customers’ requirements.
(Modules of Sales, CRM, Purchase, Warehouse, MRP, Accounting, HR and Project are the main modules in Odoo for the moment)
2. Practiced operation in Excel and PPT, and good knowledge of database organization
3. You speak fluently English and you have good writing skills in it.
4. You are an excellent communicator, and get used to work in a team.
 
Below capabilities will be a plus
1. ERP related work experience
