The requirement for this position is as below:职位要求：
1. More than 5 years’ experience in machine manufacturing, process or related non-standard production business, more than 3 years in the shop management experience.5年以上机械制造、工艺或相关非标产品制造工作经验，3年以上车间现场管理经验。
2. Good communication and coordination skill, experience in shop floor management, project management experience is preferential.良好的沟通和协调能力，现场管理经验丰富，有项目管理经验优先。
3. Understand and implement the working time evaluation, update the standard working hours according to the fact.了解并实施工时评估工作，并能根据实际情况更新标准工时。
4. Can working under high working pressure, can accept overtime work when necessary.能承受较高的工作压力，能接受必要时的加班。
5. Mechanical manufacturing or mechanical process major, junior college or higher educational background. Can read and write email in English, basic oral English is better.机械制造或工艺工程专业大专以上，能使用英语读写邮件，有基础口语能力为佳。
6. HSE management skill and related certification should be better.有职业健康和安全管理经验为佳。
7. Can use office software and read the drawings by CAD.能使用OFFICE办公软件并使用CAD看图纸。
  The job description is as blew:职位说明：
1. Review and arrange the daily working task for each team, evaluate the resource of each team, mobilize the resource to ensure the output of each team and report to the production manager for more support when necessary.每天安排和检查当天的班组工作任务，评估班组各项资源是否充足，协调各项资源以确保每个班组的正常产出，并在需要资源支持时报告给生产经理。
2. According to the information of the delay parts, reschedule the delivery date, rearrange the working task for each team, and the related arrangement of related department like DPI test, outsourcing.根据物料到位情况，重新安排交期和各班组生产顺序以及相关其他的部门工作，如焊缝无损检验、外协加工等。
3. Follow up with the solutions of the production, design, material issues and other abnormal problems, tracing the updated drawing and the recut/remachine parts, and arrange the rework until the problems are settled, verify the result.跟踪设计、生产、材料以及其他异常问题，催促设计图纸更新、重切或重加工物料并及时安排返工返修，直到问题得以解决并协助评估纠正措施是否有效。
4. Check and review the quality issues happened in the shop, report to the production manager and tracing the corrective and preventive actions, follow up with the result.检查、汇报、跟踪车间质量问题，追踪纠正和预防措施的实施和最终结果。
5. Check and review the equipment maintains, evaluate the equipment consumable parts, make the maintenance plan and follow up with the result.检查和跟踪设备维护，评估设备备件并编制设备检修计划，跟踪检修结果。
6. Check and review the safety issues with the production manager and arrange the modification.协助生产经理检查和跟踪安全隐患，并安排整改。 举报 分享
