职位描述：
Summary:

Manage China vendors and ensure they deliver quality and on-time shipments. Lead merchandising team to support sales and logistic demands on all active replenishment products.

1. Achieve company objective for Vendor Delivery & Quality Performance
2. Responsible for all active replenishment item ordering and production process
3. Effective follow-up on all open vendor purchase orders
4. Manager product cost negotiations and buying prices for all active replenishment item
5. Close monitor and manage vendor, to ensure existing products being produced at appropriate vendors.
6. Support Sales and KA on product cost and delivery inquires
7. Communicate among design, sales and Quality teams to ensure customized product being executed properly.
8. Other job duties as assigned

What you’ll bring…

1. University degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in a key or supervisory role managing product supply/development activities
2. Experience with MRP systems, MS Office, and Outlook
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong computer skills – MS Office – experience working with MS Project or similar
5. Must be extremely well organized and work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver
6. Self-motivated with good initiative – work well with minimal supervision
7. Experience meeting multiple deadlines - must be comfortable multi tasking
8. Strong team player with demonstrated ability to motivate others
