We are looking for a hands-on, friendly and energetic team player who can lead and orchestrate all necessary support functions and administrative responsibilities as needed to maintain an impeccable and friendly office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors with professionalism
- Organizing meetings and events
- Answering calls and relaying accurate messages
- Basic accounting & HR management
- Perform all other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:
- Self-starter, self-motivated and quick learner eager to learn new skills
- Friendly, cheerful and diligent character with good interpersonal skills
- Process and detailed oriented, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to constant deadlines
- Love working in team and desire to help others
- Good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Good command of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
