- Ensure Customer Service Booking Team’s etiquette be maintained on phone manner, customer enquiries, handling complaints, problem solving and communication with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure all bookings be completed in FIS as per the company booking guidelines and policies, included but not limited to timely and correct rate retrieval, timely D&D advice to customers, timely vessel balancing, pre-assign MTD number, VPC cut-off compliance/restriction, ACI/AMS manifest booking requirements, COD/COV, rework, e-booking, SOC, special cargoes, return shipment, Customs clearance shipments at destination, etc
- Ensure CS booking team be adhered to Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure right staff in the right position with the right training to increase productivity.
- Ensure effective staff coaching to meet optimal performance with appropriate supervisory support.
- Ensure timely resolution on RA issues.
- Be creative on cost reduction and operating efficiency.
- Ensure code of conduct be maintained in CS Booking Team.
- Ensure effective team spirit and resolve miscommunication efficiently.
- Support Customer Service Director on identifying and resolving problems.
