Primary Responsibilities& requirement
主要职责
–Conduct QC inspection.
 检验产品
─ Write the inspection reports and records, and submit the inspection result to related department and related person.
出具质检报告及其他验货记录及上交检验结果给相关部门及同事。
─ Well understand technology requirements.
具备较强的分析能力，工艺流程控制及沟通协调能力。（纺织品/厨房工具/玻璃容器/家用产品）
Frequent travels in china to visit factories (mostly in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta)
能适应频繁的国内出差（主要于珠三角地区及长三角地区）
─ Ability of strong analysis and process control, good communication and coordination skill
具备较强的分析能力，工艺流程控制及沟通协调能力
Work with strategic suppliers for process improvement by using quality improvement tools and other statistical tools.
协助供应商使用质量改进技术或其他统计技术进行质量改进
Evaluate company product/quality specification
评估企业产品品质规格
-Manage and improve quality scorecards and expectation. On site customer visits to facilitate quality issue resolving.
保管并更新质量记分卡及期望值，或现场与厂家处理质量问题
Other duties assigned by Quality Manager

Qualifications:
资质
Education: College
学历要求：大专以上
Work Experience
工作经验
3 years above of experience in manufacturing and inspection experience.
3年以上的相关生产与验货经验。
ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1993 (MIL-STD-105E) and/or Statistical Process Control.
了解ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1993 (MIL-STD-105E)及统计过程控制
Familiar with quality control and continuous improvement tools
熟悉品质控制及连续工序改善
Good interpersonal communication skill
良好的交际能力
Good at written and acceptable verbal communication skills in English
良好的英语写作及可接受的口语的沟通能力
Team player
具有团队合作精神
PC skill in Microsoft Office applications is must. Sundry goods, Household products Textile products is a plus.
