Qualification Request:
1 University degree, major in International Trade or Logistic related.
2 Over 2 years working experience in logistics relevant.
3 Familiar with Microsoft office software.
4 Excellent command in English reading and writing
5 Good interpersonal & communication skill and team player.


Job Description:
1 Draft Purchase order to supplier. 准备订单给供应商
2 Organizing PO terms together with sourcing, and engineering department before placing to vendor 和工程部及采购部起草订单条款给工厂.
3 Assist logistic supervisor/manager to track the status of POs, inspection schedule and shipment. 协助主管跟踪订单交期/验货及出货情况
4 Prepare packing list, invoice, customs clearance documents 准备箱单发票等清关文件给客人
5 Prepare customs export documents to customs broker 准备报关文件给指定报关行 举报 分享
