Duties:
- Product: Gif or promotion item; Experience in the gift industry would be print, resin, metals, plastic, ceramic, glass, wood, paper, card, toys… …
- Project developing: Souring new vendors, Collect quotation and reference samples , sample checking, Ensure products meet UK's budget and quality requirements.
- Good sourcing, development and negotiation skills
- Following company SOP standard operation procedures systems with teams.
- Metal stand & cardboard display development:
1).manage metal stands & cardboard displays development under Product Development Director’s guidance
2).follow up sample schedule, and arrange samples for approval, travel to factories when necessary
3).Negotiate price
4).responding customers questions about samples and arrange samples for different trade shows
5).sourcing new factories for accessories of stands when necessary
6).pass related information about approved samples to merchandisers team
7).make stand assembly instructions
- Responsible to manage new product to lab testing: Collect sample from supplier, Work with different lab testing company for quotation. Follow up test report.
- Responsible to take high definition photo to clients and manage and protect photoshot equipment and camera.
- Responsible to manage artwork library:
1).download new/revised AW from FTP server
2).pass AW to factories, CS and merchandisers
3).file AW onto company’s server orderly
- Other duties:
1).document handling, such as factory invoice, payment request
2).help team member sending samples
3).some other duties assigned by Product Manager , Product director and Operation Director.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years solid experience of relevant products.
-good at English, both in speaking and writing
-good learning skills .
-good at Microsoft Office, familiar with Photoshop and Adobe AI is a plus
-experience about printing is a plus.
-Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
