职位描述：
供应商开发对于我们公司的含义是寻求市场上消费类电子产品的供应商，通过对其样品的技术、功能的测试，对其产品质量进行监控，以及对其价格和市场适销性的准确把握等来决定是否适和我们公司，并开拓公司现有产品的类别！我们和包括工厂，代理商，贸易公司等在内的超过100多家的供应商进行着合作。我们开发的都是经过测试之后就可以推向市场的消费类电子产品成品！
您将会加入到我们专业的开发团队当中维系现有供应商，但最重的工作将会是开发新的供应商，高效的给公司推出新产品。具体的工作职责和任职资格如下：

工作职责：
1. 开发，甄选新供应商。
2. 取得产品报价，并进行价格谈判；确保最优的成本方案以及可靠的货源供应。
3. 维护系统文件的更新以及记录。
4. 编撰、更新新产品和供应商信息。
5. 高质量产品的推荐。
6. 监控和追踪产品开发的所有流程。
7. 与供应商密切合作并采购其最新的适销对路的产品。
8. 新产品销售的研究和分析。
9. 进行市场和相关信息的调查
10. 测试样品

任职要求:
1. 1年以上消费类电子产品成品的开发、采购经验并热爱电子产品；
2. 敏锐的市场洞察能力以及分析能力，具有对电子产品是否满足市场和客户需求的眼光；
3. 极强的谈判能力以及沟通能力、说服能力；
4. 强烈的时间观念，能够严格按照规划行事，组织观念强，具有团队合作意识；
5. 具备主动积极、乐观向上的工作态度，具有很强的创新意识和乐于接受挑战的精神，责任心强并敢于承担
6. 有消费类电子产品供应链采购、访厂、技术测试、客户支持或者产品操作说明书编辑人士优先。
7. 英语读写良好；
8. 计算机水平熟练，精通office办公软件。
9. 大专及以上学历。

JLC supply chain service management co.,ltd is seeking an experienced purchaser / sourcer to join the team in our office in nanshan district, shenzhen. our company has around 80 staff who come from germany, uk, america and so on based in shenzhen and hong kong.

in our company, “sourcing” means seeking out new suppliers of consumer electronic products, and then evaluating samples for technical detail, function, quality, pricing, marketability etc in order to make recommendations which products should be added to our range. we work with over 100 different suppliers who are a mixture of factories, agents, and trading companies. all the products we source are finished, ready for market, consumer packaged hi-tech electronics. we do not engage in product design or development.

in this job you will join the expert sourcing team and take on assignments to work with existing suppliers and seek out new suppliers, to discover and qualify new products as efficiently as you can. successful people in this role are able to stay organized and comply with our exact working methods, while handling many different supplier and sample cases at the same time, at different stages of completion. Excellent communication skills and organization skills are essential, as is a high level of knowledge about technical functions of consumer electronics.

During normal work you are expected to work from your desk using internet searches, email, and phone to develop your supplier contacts. You are expected to do hands-on testing of product samples and produce documentation of the testing, as well as full daily logging of all progress on every task. you will be expected to meet suppliers and promote the image of the company in a positive way, while understanding and defending our industry-leading quality standards.
