职位描述：
一、岗位职责：
1、组建并带领外贸部（主营Amazon和Alibaba平台和展会）积极开拓国际市场，联系国外客户，寻求订单，并领导商务谈判与签订合同。
2、负责外贸定单的洽谈、签约、单证审核、定单管理、运输、报关、收汇等。
3、负责对外贸订单的评估、跟踪、管理和风险控制。
4、负责外贸业务流程的管理和风险把控。
5、负责外贸部门所接定单的生产和货源，货物检验、商检报关等过程的跟踪统筹，及时处理各环节出现的问题。
6、负责客户资料的资源整合，做好客户要求的及时反馈和处理。
7、负责合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理。
8、负责下属外贸业务员的培养和指导。
9、完成公司总经理临时交办的其他工作。

二、任职要求：
1.要求在IT以及无线通讯网络产品硬件5年以上的外贸销售经验，熟练应用亚马逊以及阿里巴巴等销售平台的运营。
2.有较强的市场开拓能力，专业的渠道开发和销售技能，善于管理团队。
3.有成功的市场拓展和团队管理案例。
4.有较强的毅力和抗压能力，能当独一面。
5.有海外参展经验，以前有过IT技术人员的优先录用。
6.本科以上学历，英语6级以上，听说读写流利，有海外工作经验的优先录用。
