Necessities

1. University degree on Mechanics, Electric, Industry Etc...
2. 3-4 years experience at relevant job, familiar with car radio quality standard.
3. Fluent English and Chinese
Reports to: Quality Manager

Support Personnel: Line Control Operators
Responsibilities:
To create, update and control of Control Plans, Operator Instructions and PFMEA’s at suppliers Plant for Daiichi Controls after each quality problem.
To control suppliers Incoming Inspections (raw material, semi component, components) according to drawings and engineering specifications and do the measurements with them for 1 to 5 parts and approve them. To report non conformities to Quality and Engineering Managers in Turkey and in supplier and get approval for them and keep all records in systematic way.
To send 5 pcs to Clio test bench in Lab. And give approvals if they are ok, if not inform Daiichi and suppliers Quality and Engineering teams.
If a deviation is needed, to provide the necessary suppliers side/ Daiichi approvals for them.
To investigate the reason of nonconformities with suppliers Quality, Production and Engineering and any other relevant teams. To block and stop the production if an approval is not taken. To follow all implementation and open PPSR’s related with all phase of automotive speakers.
Prepare a Weekly report for line returns and Incoming inspections and EOL nonconformities with open PPSR’s.
Follow up supplier OIL items with Daiichi Customer Representative Engineer in supplier. See their proof (evidence) and give information about them at weekly teleconference meetings
To investigate with supplier team customer line and warranty returns. Report them to Engineering and Quality Managers to Turkey.
To do all other activities on request of Quality manager.
To put or make them put a seal/signature on the packaging for OK parts.
To follow up all initial samples to be sent to customer with their report.
To follow up initial PPAP approvals of all subcomponents and changing PPAP approvals of them.
To do PCPA audit to supplier, monthly and follow their actions.
To do LPA weekly to suppliers Daiichi Line.
To do LPA and 5S audit before customer visit, ask actions from supplier follow actions completion.
To report supplier's supplier ppm’s monthly.
To report supplier's scrapped monthly.
To do QSB audits to suppliers.
To cordite Daiichi workers in suppliers plant.
To Track all suppliers OIL item and their evidence.
Delegacy:

If there is a deviation, nonconformity, she/he has the right to stop production and reject the incoming parts.
