职位描述：
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1.New supplier selection and supporting in new projects development
 ? New supplier selection auditing with a focus on suppliers quality systems, process management, technological competency, environment system and CSR system.
 ? Guide, assists and support suppliers to set up, implement Quality, Environmental management and Occupational health and safety system. And influence supplier on their corporate social responsibility (CSR).
 ? Be involved in discussing quality criteria with customer.
 ?Training suppliers ensure them master the quality standard.
 ? Support and follow up new project development in supplier site,
a.Guide supplier to study short term and long term capability(Cmk&Cpk)
b.Correct the actions for each of builds
c.Get and check the related quality documents and samples,
d.Implement process audit for new projects.
e.Handle approval of suppliers’ products.
f.Provide suppliers’ information about quality issues, samples to related people of our company. Training our people by suppliers’ quality spec if needed.
? Study and evaluate the risk on supplier’s quality and capacity in the beginning of new projects;
? Set-up and follow the quality agreement with suppliers which made the transferring parts, including the compensation and quality acceptable standard;
 ? Collect RoHS report from suppliers and prepare IPC report to customer.
 ? Strong in supply chain management and finance information from the developing phase to mass production, special on capability in purchasing data analysis, to work out solution, action with strategic implementation; Master MRP / ERP system, has inventory experience;

2.Supplier performance follow up and guide them to improve.
? Follow supplier’s delivery quality status, handle IQC rejected parts smoothly, follow up IQC performance ,
? Monitor the quality problems happened on mass production, follow up supplier’s performance timely and guide supplier to take corrective action.
? Do QPR with key suppliers and guide supplier improve quality continually.
? Interface with relevant teams and suppliers to resolve on critical issues for speedy resolution.

3.Handle Claim issue.
? Review the amount in return and claim location weekly, chase supplier to arrange returning defects and compensation in time to keep the amount in acceptable level.
? Highlight, manage and control all defects of all projects in the end of life;

4.Take part in auditing inside the company as internal auditor.

Skills and Specifications:
? Experience in ISO9000 /ISO14000/ISO13485/TS16949/ OHSAS18000 /CSR requirements or equivalent management system and be able to lead the audit.
? A good interpersonal & communication skill, English speaking is a must.
? Be able to work under high pressure and demanding mode.
? Has the knowledge of mechanical or electronic commodities, like stamping, painting, anodize, plating or PCBA, lithium battery, charger and so on.
? Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical or Electronics engineering.
? Above 5 years experience as SQE in manufacturing industry. 举报 分享
