职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.建立并维护客户关系，提供海外房产咨询服务；
2.熟悉及掌握公司海外房产投资情况；
3.掌握客户情况并提供合适投资计划；
4.客户跟进及妥善售后服务，如签约、协助贷款及租务调解等；
5.完成公司指定业务指标及业绩；
6.完成公司安排的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1.形象好，气质佳；
2.具有海外留学生活经验或从事海外房产销售、移民留学顾问工作经验者优先；
3.热情、勤奋，热爱销售行业，有一定社会人脉和较强渠道挖掘能力；
4.主动积极，较强的团队精神及沟通表达能力；
5.条理清晰，较高的组织能力和逻辑性，做事灵活，抗压力强
薪资福利：
