职位描述：
总经理助理工作内容 1、做好总经理的参谋助手，协助总经理作好经营服务各项管理并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况，起到承上启下的作用； 2、负责各类文件的起草（例如各项管理制度、合同书、工作计划等）、存档整理、分类呈送； 3、收集有用信息，协助总经理调查研究、了解公司经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议，供总经理决策； 4、做好总经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录。做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布； 5、做好公司内外文件的发放、登记、传递、催办、立卷、归档工作； 6、负责保管使用企业图章和介绍信； 7、负责企业内外的公文办理、汇报； 8、要从小事做起，从自我做起，树立模范带头作用，协调员工内部矛盾，并督促员工积极上进，按时完成公司安排任务，发现问题，及时上报总经理，并协助总经理解决问题； 9、设计并完善公司人力资源结构，配合行政总监完成公司人力资源的日常招聘工作； 10、接听电话、妥当应答，并做好电话记录； 11、掌握总经理的日程安排做好预约工作，安排商务旅行； 12、负责做好来宾接待工作； 13、协助总经理分管好财务工作，做到支付手续齐全，原始凭证合规、有效。对上报的报表、数据进行审查监 督，保证帐表、资料数据真实、合法； 14、负责网站的建设及运行、日常维护、更新； 15、完善公司绩效考核制度。 举报 分享
