DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Manage and monitor Customers demand / end products delivery to Customers.

1. Role Purpose Statement
Assistant S/C manager with all department related responsibilities

3. Responsibility

3.1 Primary Responsibility
* Manage the daily Customer Service affairs and escalate to SC manager for any abnormity & risks
* Provide training programs to improve individual and sustain a highly effective team
* Objective management to team members and review with staff to ensure high level index on CSS
* Communicate with customer on behalf of company on the implementation of business terms in customer's Pos as well as the forecast;
* Extensive contact thorough facility to ensure on-time shipment / launch of new projects
* Communicate with customers re new project / LLT materials / E&O / SS
* Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Management Program, collect the survey and share within management team for correction actions
* Drive demand stability, maximize revenue with customer to maintain factory efficiency, supply chain stability and reduce the surplus.
* Maintain close communication link with customer to sanitize demand trend and support customers' unplanned opportunities.
* Responsible to consolidate and analyze regional Sales report, then escalate Sales / Supply risk to top management.
* Frequently review CS related processes and streamline where necessary with related parties
* Maintain budgetary controls and provide options for cost down
* Responsible for ISO process / documents / audit related to CS
* Assist manager to input information on CMT / CMF / QVA

4. Job Requirements

4.1 Education Qualification
* Bachelor degree or above and have same qualification level.

4.2 Knowledge & Skills
* 5 – 6 years solid experience working in Customer Service section. 1-2 management & leadership skills.
* Advanced communication and negotiation skills (presentation, customer interaction skills) and excellent management skills
* Proven Leadership skills & demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility & independence
* MS office & MRP skills
* Mature in driving projects to desired outcome across regions & channels
* Details sensitive, high achievement and customer oriented
* Excellent analytical and systematic work approach
* Advanced business English & appropriate language skills.

4.3 Personal Attributes
* Interpersonal and communication skill
* Aggressive, creative and responsible
* Persuasive

4.4 Experience
* Typically requires 5- 6 years solid experience of Customer Service in the same position.
