A World Leading ventilation equipment Company is looking for a PROJECT ENGINEER.

Job summary:
The HVAC project engineer will report to the General Manager. HVAC engineers design, develop and maintain Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning control systems and components to required specifications. HVAC engineers are involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design, through to implementation, testing and handover. They may be involved in maintenance programmers.

Responsibilities:
- identifying customer requirements;
- Significant HVAC project management experience
- Good grasp of HVAC engineering design programs
- reading design specifications and technical drawings;
- working to China, British (BS), European (EN) and other standards;
- liaising with others in the design team;
- communicating with clients and contractors;
- attending meetings on site;
- recording, analyzing and interpreting test data;
- proposing modifications and retesting products;
- preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations;
- Monitoring a product in use to improve on future design;
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support;
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
 岗位职责：
1、有负责暖通空调系统工程设计、施工技术及现场管理工作经验；
2、具有暖通空调或厨房暖通相关背景知识与经验；
3、协调施工单位，监理单位处理现场问题；
4、负责工程各项隐蔽验收、分项验收及竣工验收等验收工作；
5、做好本专业有关技术资料的整理工作；
6、完成主管领导交办的其他工作；
7、与客户和承包商沟通;
8、参加现场会议;
9、记录，分析和解释测试数据;
10、提出修改和重新测试产品;
11、准备产品文件，撰写报告和发言;
12、监控正在使用的产品，以改善未来的设计;
13、 与经理和其他项目参与者合作和沟通，提供协助和技术支持;
14、审查工程可交付成果并启动适当的纠正措施。


Qualifications:
- At least 1~2 years’ experience in ventilation industry or related industry.
- College degree or above, preferred major in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Chinese native person with good knowledge of English language (w/s).
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills with clients, both Chinese and foreigner.
- Target-oriented.
- Aggressive, proactive and highly motivated.
- Available to frequent business trips in China.
任职资格：
1、暖通空调类相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
2、1~2年以上相关工作经验，中级以上职称；
3、熟悉设计行业和业务，掌握设计工作流程，具备本专业的基本理论知识，了解相关专业知识；，熟练运用Office、Auto、CAD等计算机软件系统；
4、细心严谨，能吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神及沟通协调能力。
