Job Description:
1. Working as a first line supporting IT employee under IT Helpdesk Team;
2. Ability to configure, upgrades, and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices;
3. Walk-up support for employees who require immediate attention;
4. Perform local office IT support primary assisting the hardware and software related issues;
5. Support for employees requiring technical help with desktop and laptop issues.
Qualification:
1. Knowledge of Windows XP/7/8 installation and configuration;
2. Should have basic MS Windows OS and Office experience for helping troubleshoot;
3. Be familiar with TCP/IP networking, basic knowledge of Layer 2 network environment.
4. Ability to directly communicate in English.
5.College students, at least can work 3 days a week and for 3 months
