Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual Hardware/Software/Services revenue quotas and/or other metrics (e.g. registered users).
?Recruit and manage value-added distributors (VADs), key authorized dealers (KADs) and resellers to ensure solid alignment in business goals regarding channel development.
?Extensive provincial and district MOE engagement to influence the budget, tender progress, tender spec and ensure the winning
?Provide accurate and timely sales and revenue forecasting for the designated territory, identify and manage target customer pipeline and grow revenue through each channel account.
?Provide comprehensive coverage of the assigned sales territories, developing and growing customer relationships and providing presales and post-sales services.
?Maintain accurate documentation of account activities within the assigned sales territory, by account, in the system (Salesforce).
?Work with team members to understand customer’s requirements and craft solutions to accurately address their pain points.
?Work with team members to develop sales presentations, proposals or respond to tenders/RFP/RFI and to present solutions and proposals to customers.


 Experience:
? Excellent communications, analytical, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills with strong entrepreneurial mind set.
? Result, detail and action oriented with high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
?Strong capability of business development and channel management
?Strong self-learning desire and capability, a pro-active, self-driven, disciplined, and tenacious character.
?A passion for education and personal knowledge of education and preferably, pedagogy.
?Strong passion in the use of technology to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning.


 Education & Qualifications:
? Minimum Bachelor degree in these or a combination of these disciplines – marketing, business, information technology, engineering or education.
? Minimum 5 years of relevant channel sales or direct sales experience in the education industry with proven track records in beating sales target., experience in selling technology solutions is an advantage.
?Minimum 3 years of channel management experience in related segment.
?Good MOE, channel connection highly appreciated.
?Good command of English and Mandarin
