Merchandising and Sourcing Executive:跟单/采购专员
- Responsible for sourcing new products for all trading items as per our customers requirements.根据客户要求采购相关产品
- 2 yrs working experience in Export / buying / trading office.两年贸易公司工作经验
- Experience in Accounting, Client Payments and Factory Payments. 在会计，客户交易与工厂支付等方面有工作经验
- Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.. 熟悉电脑办公软件，如Word,Excel,PPT
- Able to work independently with buyers & overseas / local suppliers.能够独立于客户（海外客户/国内客户）沟通
- Very rich product knowledge with sourcing & negotiating experiences.拥有丰富的采购经验和谈判技巧
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 熟练的英语口语与写作能力，流畅的粤语与普通话

Responsibilities:职责
- Oversee the merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction. 跟踪货物的进程以达到客户要求
- Follow up orders and trace payment with customers. 跟进客人的付款状况
- Travel and Visit factories and suppliers independently or with overseas buyers for negotiation and/or inspection of merchandise. 独立或者与海外客户考察工厂和供应商，协助谈判，跟进货物
- Perform and complete independently other duties as assigned by supervisor.高效独立地完成上级法分布的任务

Qualifications:资格
1. Degree or similar with Major in international trade .国际贸易相关专业
2. Above 2 years experience in merchandising/ Export & international trade, able to handle foreign trade process independently. 两年以上贸易相关经验，能独立处理外贸订单
