Job Description:
Internship Period: 6 months-1 year
The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support
to The HR Team clients and teammates. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to HR generalists on various projects
Tasks include but no limited to:
? Prepare employee certificate and invitation letter
? Manage absent record
? Manage local Hires' work permit and residence permit renewal
? Manager local employees' residence permit and Hukou issue
? Provide Support on University Program
? Provide administration support on interview arrangement and coordination
Qualification:
? Major in Human Resources or IT
? Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
? Strong customer service skills
? Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
? Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
? Detail oriented
? Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and email
