职位描述：
Job Description
- Support customer through pre-sales and post-sales, present product features, strategy and roadmaps, assist in SW / HW debug & troubleshooting, bring up of customer platforms and helping optimize it forbest performance.
- Manage & diagnose customer issues, collect debug logs from customer setups, be able to replicate and analyze/debug customer issues to propose solutions.
- Deliver our key value propositions to technical and managerial personnel at customers, answer customer’s technical questions and provide timely and accurate information
- Input into Marketing customer feedback on features for product enhancements and product roadmap
- Build and maintain a good relation with customers and prospects and local management of customers’ projects
- You will work with Sales and internal technical teams to ensure timely customer project execution and issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience

- Candidate must possess a BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering.
- 6+ years of detailed WiFi subsystem hardware experience ideally covering hardware development, hardware integration, technical support for AP, STB, RGW and related Wireless products
- Strong technology supporting background on WiFi technologies/architectures and related infrastructures is must.
- Ability to correctly collect, understand and categorize customer issue data, ability to drive resolution among cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of RF testing and calibration techniques, familiar with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and related specification.
- Ability to use CAD and layout tool and contribute to customer board level design reviews.
- Ability to use Spectrum, VSA, ESG, Scopes and related equipment to duplicate and debug customers’ issues.
- Familiar with CE, FCC and related regulatory certification rule, ability to support customer to correctly generate certification report.
- Experience in customer interfacing, pre-sales demonstration and presentation.
- Experience in factory and production line support is plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Antenna design experience is plus.
- Awareness and appreciation of product co-existence issues when dealing with multi-radio system 举报 分享
