1、30-45岁,大专以上文化，电子或机械类或工商管理专业毕业
2、身高1.72米以上
3、从事平板电脑或手机类电子产品制造管理3年以上
4、有生产现场分析问题，解决问题的能力
5、熟悉ISO9000及5S运作
6、统率及统筹能力强,善于与各部人员沟通
7、吃苦耐劳，有担当，品德良好，
8、能适应生产部的加班
