1、负责完善和不断健全公司人事管理体系，包括招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬及员工关系和激励，人才能力发展等工作；
2、负责人力资源开发，特别是在人才发掘、招聘、任用、培训、考核等方面的人才队伍建设方面；
3、负责企业文化建设和员工关系管理，不定期组织与员工对话和沟通，适时了解员工需求和心理动态；
4、负责制订且实施公司企业文化建设和活动推进计划，并助力各部门推动和监督实施；
5、负责员工活动的组织和策划；
6、通知、通告及各类公文、制度的撰写；
7、外联事务办理；
8、协助总经理办公室办理相关事项；

任职资格：
1、20-28岁，1年以上行政人事工作经验；
2、人力资源或行政管理相关专业大专及以上学历；
3、熟悉国家劳动用工等相关政策、法律法规，善于处理员工关系；
4、对人事管理的各职能模块均有较深认识和理解，并善于落实到具体工作中；
5、个性稳重、有耐心、富有亲和力。工作大胆、勇于担责、忠诚度高；
