职位描述：
Key Accountabilities :
1) Support NPI developments (cable harness and hybrid PCBAs). Work with oversea Engineers to CMs to have test procedure/WI/SOP set up properly set up per request. Support building samples for evaluation, testing and troubleshooting of new product or existing products. Identify root cause, corrective action and provide design recommendations on quality improvement.
2) Overlook the engineering function in Shenzhen, act as the technical point of contact to headquarter. Prepare department budget, set KPI targets for local engineering staff, weekly update to headquarter Engineering Manager.
3) Support Engineering, Supply Chain, Production on selecting, testing, qualifying & approving second sources for new products and existing products. Develop and execute component evaluation, acceptance and qualification test plans if needed. Work with Supply Chain and CMs to identify and qualify second sources for material availability, cost, reliability, lead time, end-of-life (EOL) and obsolete.
4) Implement and maintain Engineering Change Request, Notice, Order, ECR/ ECN/ ECO process, and Deviations for new and existing products. Maintain and modify Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements :
1) University graduate in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2) 7 -10 years of successful mid-to-senior leadership experience in OEM / ODM electronics manufacturing.
3) Comprehensive knowledge of analogue, digital, power electronics, PIC programing, terminals/switches/modules and sensors components. Good understanding of SMT, PCBA processes & IPC standard, able to deal with UL/CE/TUV laboratory for validation tests.
4) Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills, excellent time management & project management skills.
5) Self-motivated, detail and result oriented, and passion for continuous improvements. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and ability to work in a multi-culture team environment.
6) Good command of both spoken and written English, able to communicate with overseas headquarter or clients.
