（一）Requirements：

2.Be familiar with Customs related law and regulation

3.Be familiar with Customs and CIQ declaration process

4.Good understand of international trade knowledge

5.Efficiency/ Initiative/ Attention to detail/ Co-operation

（二）Working Duties

1. Prepare license application data and documents;

2. Maintain RM and FG data base for Customs using

3. In charge of Factory Transfer process

4. Cooperate with Finance to complete the process for duty application of domestic sales.

5. Summarize customs declaration data, prepare the data and documents for license close

6. Create the daily report and balance report.

7. Collect BOM and ECR data, download forecast from system and prepare the new license application documents

8. Collect data from engineer department for new parts import and new products export

9. Provide Customs data to Shipping Team for shipment arrangement

10. Apply new license through EDI system

11. Contact with vendor to prepare Factory Transfer License, check the goods receipt data together with vendor and complete the declaration process in Customs
