要求 / Requirement：
? 机械专业, 本科以上学历；/ Major in Mechanics; BS or higher level ;
? 英文:能熟练进行工作交流；/ English: being able to communicate fluently on daily work;
? 5年以上的项目管理或供应商管理经验; / having solid experience of 5 years or above on project management or supplier management;
? 具备多年的生产工程师和产品开发人员的经验，能够独立工作并解决供应商生产中和客户投诉的品质问题； having adequate working experience as production engineer and product development engineer, being able to work independently & solve the engineering/quality problems smartly for the mass production
? 熟悉PPAP，SPC等知识及其运用, 如有TS16949的实际操作经验更佳。/ skillful on PPAP & SPC, it's a plus if possessing the practical experience on TS16949;

? 新产品的导入（五金/塑胶/工业零件类） / managing NPI of metal/plastic/industrial components,etc.);
