职位描述：
Recruitment Position: Office Assistant and Trainee

We need English Resume only.

We are looking for (23-28 years old) as an office assistant right now.
She will be
1. in charge of back office daily jobs;
2. some company licenses or/and certificates application or update;
3. help senior manager to follow up the on-going orders;
4. help some sourcing, logistics, vendors’ maintenance and so on;

It will not be a difficult job in the first few months, but we’d like to develop her skill and abilities in the first 6 months, if you can approach to our standard and requirement, we will promote you as a project manager in the future. And for a trainee, we offer salary RMB3500, our requirement for the position basic is below,
1. MUST fluent oral English, we do not require CET level, but we need you to pass the interview by the boss who is only speaking in English;
2. MUST skilled written and reading English abilities, we will just use English as working and communication tool in our company internal;
3. MUST solid knowledge of Office software, we will need to know how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook and so on;
4. PLUS some knowledge of graphic design software, just like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and so on, we will need to check some client packaging designs and put it into production;
5. Salary: 3500 + quarter bonus after 6 month;
6. PLUS Guangdong province ID preferable;
7. PLUS no working experience still OK but we require the candidates fresh graduated from decent college or University;
