Business support
The Business support is responsible for assisting the Merchandising team in their daily merchandising activities including product development, order processing, production tracking, inspection arrangement via the company’s system etc.
Job Contents and Duties:
1. Product Development:
Assist Merchandising team with quotation, sampling, documentation etc.
2. Vendor and Order processing
l Prepare necessary documents for vendor set up
l Order processing
l Production tracking
l Shipping documentation
3. Sourcing
l Assist the merchandising team in sourcing new vendors / new products when necessary.
4. Inspection arrangement
l Arrange inspection schedule across factories
5. Company’s system/ PLM system
l Communicate with vendors on products info, upload related info via the company’s system.
6. Perform additional duties assigned by Merchandising team
Requirements:
l Able to work independently, ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines
l Good interpersonal skills
l Effective verbal and listening communications skills (both Chinese and English)
l Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
l Good written communications skills (both Chinese and English)
l Computer skills including Excel/Word/PowerPoint programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level
l 3years + working experience at similar position is preferable
l College diploma or above is required
