Responsibilities:

Download cost data from Oracle system, generate and send out the reports in a timely manner
Generate, distribute and push to improve purchasing matrix reports
Update item attributes to Oracle system based on forms submitted
Maintain relevant sourcing rules in Oracle
Maintain safety stock of relevant items in Oracle
Lead and support Consigned Vendor Managed Inventory (CVMI) initiatives
Lead and assists in Oracle test upgrade or roll out of new functions relevant to SCM
Design training module beginning with purchasing division
Help to improve Supplier's process
Train and guide supplier to follow Finisar policies and rules
Requirements:

Degree holder in IT or Business Admin or equivalent
3 to 5 year experience in ERP system with strong analytical and problem solving skills in high growth organization
Experience with custom program roll out (Interphase between IT and end users)
Able to gather and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and provide recommendations
SQL understanding is added benefit
Independent and able to drive to get things done efficiently and quickly
Good command of excel, access etc
Excellent verbal and written English/Chinese communication skills are required
