岗位职责：

1. 负责研究部的全面管理，善于培训和督导团队工作，建设优秀的团队

2. 把控研究部在数据分析、模型构建及研究报告的工作成果质量

3. 带领团队搭建公司知识平台，主导对专项研究工作的方向

4. 与其他部门及分公司合作，对公司内部工作成果进行共同质量把控

5. 参与公司企业发展战略及行业活动、品牌推广工作

任职资格：

1. 房地产、市场营销、建筑、城市规划专业硕士以上学历，经验丰富者可放宽至本科学历

2. 具有一定的房地产行业研究经验，从事过策划代理，房地产金融或投资咨询工作者优先考虑

3. 有一定的财务或金融学背景，对房地产项目开发财务分析、资本运作、发展战略等方面有较强的研究兴趣

4. 具备较强的房地产市场专业知识及较强的市场研究分析能力，文字功底扎实

5. 做事认真负责，能独立或带领团队承担项目研究、报告撰写及演示工作，能承受较强的工作压力
