一、工作内容：
1、 负责ROHS管理的日常监控：监督各部门ROHS运行、执行情况。
2、 负责国际环保法律法规动态信息的关注、收集。
3、 负责客户RoHS、REACH环保资料的及时提供。
4、 负责第三方外检报告有效性的审核，及时提交客户审查。
5、 负责客户RoHS投诉、疑问的解答、回复处理。
6、 协助完成第二、三方及内部环保体系审核。
7、 负责与第三方环保检测机构的沟通维护工作。
8、 负责公司产品RoHS转换的策划推动，转换达成。
9、 推动采购与供应商RoHS相关资料的签署。
10、负责内部RoHS问题改善的总体策划，与各方沟通、协调。
11、负责供应商环保不良的改善辅导、通报以及供应商环保体系控制审核。
12、RoHS相关文件的参与审核、修订。
13、负责日常环保测试，并对新员工、供应商进行环保培训。
二、 任职要求：
（1） 熟悉生产加工型企业流程
（2） 具有较全面的环保知识和实践经验（接受过质量管理、供应链管理、ROHS管理及ISO9001、QC080000体系等知识培训，有相关培训证书）
（3） 熟悉ROHS、REACH等国际相关环保法律法规及顾客要求
（4） 熟悉ISO9001、QC080000体系管理，审核知识及审核技巧
（5） 熟悉ROHS、REACH控制方法与流程
（6） 熟悉金属、塑胶等原材料基本环保特性 ，熟悉五金、冲压、塑胶、接插件等加工管控流程
（7） 了解各种统计手法的应用
（8）英文CET四级以上，具有一定的读写能力；
（9）责任心强，具有较强的沟通协调能力及文字表达能力

    Shenzhen Chin-Ban Electronics CO.LTD was founded in June 2004 with RMB60 million investments. It covers an area of more than 1.7 hectares and 980 employees in Gongming Industrial District.     Chin-Ban's main products are electrical connectors, wire harness and cables and its business orientation is to become a science & technology firm. Ninety percent of our customers are well-known enterprises in US& Europe or listed companies in domestic China. The market covers smart home, consumer electronics and emobility industry which are strongly supported by the state. In the five-year planning period, we will increase investment in lean manufacturing and product development, expand our market to military medical high-end industry and establish a S&T industrial cluster which has independent intellectual property of electrical connectors and cables.
