职位描述：
1. 负责亚马逊平台产品开发，根据公司具体情况开发高质量、有潜力、利润可观的产品，并对产品周期与价格有比较精准的趋势判断，与运营、设计的配合协调，打造高质量有竞争力的产品。
2. 定期对自己开发产品进行数据分析并能及时调整销售策略；负责对产品上市后的生命周期管理，包括产品的改进、产品线的延伸、包装升级等工作。
3. 熟悉每款所开发产品的特性，提取产品卖点提供运营人员完成产品的信息维护和更新。
4. 清楚平台规则政策，懂得辨认侵权产品，能把握好开发出的新产品不会有侵权违规等问题，及时了解平台政策变化和竞争对手信息。
5. 核算产品成本、利润，控制产品的库存和风险，保证产品质量。
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

岗位要求：
1. 有跨境电商产品开发经验、或运动，户外休闲类产品供应商资源者优先考虑。
2. 大专及以上学历，有一定的英语基础，能够看懂Amazon平台页面描述和竞争对手产品内容。
3. 对电子商务的未来发展有清晰的见解，了解电商产品发展动态及竞争对手的最新动态，了解Amazon政策和规。
4. 具备优秀的用户分析、竞争对手产品分析、数据分析及解读能力，对于用户体验和界面有深入充分的理解，对产品的解决方案有成熟的判断力。
5. 熟练使用Office等办公软件。
6. 有团队协作意识，沟通能力强，能承受一定的工作压力，有良好的职业道德和素养。

3.Factory audits– Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
5.Problems solving– Strong responsibility and quick response for any problems.
