职位描述
Project Manager (Tooling)
Responsibilities:
* Prepare new project, backup and mold modification tooling schedule plan for NBT/BU;
* Monitor & control tooling fabrication timeline and tooling cost;
* Communicate and share information among other teams such as BUs, Divisions, Q&R and FA etc.
* Lead and drive tooling fabrication, problem solving and resource planning on every processes;
* Lead the moonshine meeting for tooling kick-off preparation;
* Handover tooling Divisions with acceptable SER and pilot run
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical;
* Solid experience in project managements, good understanding to mold fabrication and workflow;
* Practical and direct experience working in manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive industry;
* Working knowledge on Gemba Kaizen and quality problem solving skills;
* Demonstrated leadership skill, especially in identifying, tracking and preventing problem matters;
* Good communication and presentation;
* Language proficiency on English and Chinese with conversational PutongHua
