职位描述：
因公司业务扩大，现急需招一名UI/UE设计师/工程师。
KEY RESULTS AREAS
(1) Grasp the client software integral style, visual effect, user experience planning and design;
(2) Main responsible for the company’s Android/IOS/IPDA/IPHONE product art originality, UI interface design;
(3) Cooperate with R&D and Product manager for optimizing software interface, improve the aesthetics and the user experience;
(4) Track and analyse a usability design trends in the industry;
(5) According to the requirements of product development and change, cooperate with related departments to complete all the parts of the product changes and modification;
(6) Responsible for design process and standard.

主要职务
(1) 掌握客户端软件整体风格、视觉效果、用户体验规划和设计；
(2) 主要负责公司的Android/IOS/IPDA/IPHONE产品艺术创意,UI界面设计；
(3) 配合研发和产品经理优化软件界面,提高美学和用户体验；
(4) 跟踪和分析一个行业可用性设计的趋势；
(5) 根据产品开发的需求和变化,配合相关部门完成所有产品的部分变化和修改；
(6) 负责设计流程和标准。

CORE SKILLS
(1) At least 3 years experiences in UI/UE design;
(2) Be familiar with the IOS and Android design specification;
(3) Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator and so on design tools;
(4) Good business requirements analysis ability, learning ability and high execution;
(5) High sense of responsibility, good team cooperation consciousness and communication skills;
(6) Love the design industry, interest mobile phone design.

任职要求
(1) 至少3年UI/UE设计经验；
(2) 熟悉IOS和Android设计规范；
(3) 精通Photoshop, illustrator等设计工具；
(4) 良好的业务需求分析能力,学习能力和高效执行能力；
(5) 高度的责任感,具备良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力；
(6) 喜欢设计行业,对手机设计感兴趣。
任职资格：
1、大专或本科以上学历；
2、英语水平：一般的英文书写能力，能读、写最简单的英文邮件，我们老板是外国人，要求能用简单的英文沟通。
3、具有较强的工作责任心、细心，耐心，团队合作精神和独立处事能力。

公司实行五天八小时工作制，工作时间：周一到周五9:00-18:00；午休12:00-13:00。
