职位描述：
PMC专员

我公司是一家比利时公司设在深圳松岗的装配工厂，该公司是欧洲领先的户外锁具和栅栏用品供应商. 现因业务需要寻求PMC专员。

工作职责

1. 销售订单分析；
2. 生产单的管理：计划、释放及终结；
3. 生产物料的进度监控，与采购组密切配合，确保物料及时到位；
4. 做成月度销售订单完成状况分析与报告；
5. 新项目出货计划特殊跟进；
6. 异常报告与预警：预计当月不能完成的销售订单，每周更新并报告；
7. 物料库存状况分析与控制，给采购组提出合理建议，从采购端控制库存水平；
8. 提出持续改善方案，不断提高销售订单达成率；
9. 熟悉产能规划；进行必要的ERP数据维护；

岗位要求及其他：

1. 3年以上制造业PMC从业经验，五金塑胶行业优先；
2. 必须有认真细致的工作节奏，踏实稳重的工作态度，以及精益求精的上进心；
3. 需要有良好的英语读写能力，ERP和电子邮件均为英文语言；
4. 需要很强的Office软件的使用能力，特别是EXCEL的数据分析能力；
5. 工作地点在深圳松岗塘下涌工业区；

PMC Specialist

We are a fast growing chinese company who work close with European partner. Our partner is a leading designer and manufacturer of engineering components and products for the gate and fence industry.

For our manufacturing plant in Shenzhen, we are looking for a PMC Specialist.

Job Description

1. Sales order analysis；
2. Work orders management: planning, release and end;
3. Materials availablity supervising, closely working with purchasing team to make sure materials ready on time;
4. Generate monthly report for sales order completeness, analysis and proposal;
5. New projects production specially following up;
6. Problems report weekly for possible incompletion of open sales orders;
7. Materials inventory analyze and control, from purchasing to contral inventory level;
8. Continuous improvement to prompt sales order completeness.
9. Familiar with capacity planning and maintain ERP data related to PMC.

Profile and others：

1. 3+ years experiences on PMC of manufacturing industry, preferrable related to metal and plastic materials, and mechanical processing;
2. Can read and write in English;
3. Good at office utilizing, especially Excel on data analysis;
4. Nice characters, good attitude and strong deciplined, higly self-motivated;
