EST Global Supply-Chain Holdings is a proud partner of the China Merchant Food as a cooperative strategic enterprise.We establish ourselves as a company in the FMCG industry, specializing in supply chain management, distribution and sales and marketing. We primarily distribute frozen meat, honey, wine and other various products to food and beverage distributors, supermarket chains and retail stores. Our annual sales are in excess of 300 million RMB. Due to our rapid expansion we are now looking forward to add talent to our professional and dedicated team.

Job Title: Sales/administrative Assistant
Location: Shenzhen, Shekou district
Salary: 4,000 to 5,000 RMB + bonuses
Starting date: May 1st

Job Description:
- Assist foreign director in handling various tasks related to business management and development
- Help schedule and manage projects
- Create, maintain and update database of clients
- Create PPT and PDF presentation for customers and management team
- Various administrative duties
- Help translate when required

Experience required:
- No experience required
- Graduate in Sales/Marketing/International Trade preferred

Skills needed:
Excellent English skills
Excellent MS office skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
Knowledge of sales and marketing
Being able to finish work on time

Personal qualities:
Dedicated and professional attitude
Multitask
Hardworking and fast learning
Great interpersonal skills
