职位描述：
1. 负责产品2D和3D绘图，协助产品的设计和开发。
2. 熟悉塑胶注塑、五金冲压、模具制造等工序。
3. 制定技术规划、品质要求和作业指导等文件。
4. 负责技术规格及产品品质检测，对产品品质和技术问题进行分析。
5. 需要调试及操作基本加工设备。
6. 负责产品导入、生产跟进，现场问题处理及解决。
7. 探访供应商及客户。
8. 协助公司开发新项目等。

任职资格：
1.大专或以上学历；电子、机械或机电类专业优先。
2. 熟悉CAD 2D 和 3D绘图软件。 另懂使用Adobe Illustrator 者优先。
3. 有连接器、端子、金属弹片、LEDs 的设计或生产经验者优先；
4. 必须具有可使用英文阅读及书写图纸要求和文件的能力。可使用英文做基本对话者优先。
5. 有较好的沟通能力，具一定的组织协调能力、积极主动、工作认真负责。
6. 深圳分公司现正处于新设立的开发时期，员工需要愿意与公司共同成长，一起创造发展。

工作时间：
1. 每周5天工作，每天工作時間8小時。
2. 公司按劳动法提供社会保险、法定假期等。

Job Description:
1. 2D & 3D drawing of product design and development.
2. Familiar with the process of plastic injection, metal stamping and tool making.
3. Formulate the technical & quality requirement, work instructions and etc.
4. Inspect the technical and quality issue, investigate the cause of the problem.
5. Setup and operate some basic process equipment.
6. Product introduction, production follow-up, on-site problem handling and solution.
7. Visit suppliers and clients.
8. Assist to new projects and etc.

Requirement:
1. Higher diploma or above; Major in electronic and/or mechanical is an advantage.
2. Familiar with CAD software including 2D & 3D drawing. In additional, use of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
3. It is definitely an advantage to the applicants who has experience in designing or manufacturing of connectors, terminals, metal domes and LEDs.
4. Able to use English to read and write drawings and documents is a must. Basic verbally communication in English is an advantage.
5. The applicant should have the characters of good communication skills, good organization and coordination, proactive and a responsible person.
6. The Shenzhen office is now in the beginning stag, the applicant needs to be willing to grow together with the company to create development.

Working Hours & Holidays:
1. 5 working days per week, 8 hours a day.

The headquarter of Memcon Electronics is located at UK, it is a SME and has branches in USA and Hong Kong. The company has over 20 years history and have a good development in the recent years. All products are under own brand: Memcon while our customers spread over the world. The major products are the connectors, switches, plastic injection parts and metal stamping parts used in the electrical circuits and switches.
The Shenzhen branch is a new team and responses to our Hong Kong office. The company plans to develop the Shenzhen branch to support the design and technical development for the group as the beginning and later to transform it into a manufacturing and logistics center in this area.
