Position Summary

Follow up new project development in L&X China , solve the quality problems happened during mass production and new product development phase , provide technical support to quality & Production

跟进中国L&X新项目进度，解决生产和新产品开发过程中的质量问题，为质量和生产部门提供技术支持

 

Key Responsibilities

Follow up new project development in L&X China in term of time , quality


Review potential risk (DFMEA) in project development, approve DFM before tooling manufacturing.


Manage the components approval for new components or Engineering change


Manage the tooling & mold in supplier , collect all necessary documents for tooling


Support to production, solve the quality issue happen in production line.


Support to Sourcing department for second sourcing of components


Provide assistance for R&D team in Belgium in case of need.


跟进中国L&X的新项目的各种进度


负责新项目DFMEA分析，确认开模DFM报告


管理新产品的开发和工程变更


供应商的模具管理以及收集必要的模具图档及相关文件


协助解决生产过程发生的质量问题


协助采购部门的第二供应商开发


协助比利时研发团队的相关工作

Person Specifications

A college degree or above


2-3 years relevant working experience, relative to project management


Be familiar with 3D software


专科及以上学历，项目类，机电类、模具等理工专业，熟悉冲压，压铸，塑胶模具


2-3年以上项目技术管理工作经验


会使用SolidWorks ，Pro/E等3D软件


良好英文读写，能够与国外同事邮件沟通 举报 分享
