职位描述：

Product Quality Engineer / 产品质量工程师

Position Details:
1. With responsibility for the quality check and assure of the manufacture process and finished product.

2. Request the PROD given the improvement when happened the abnormal accident.

3. Per IPQA’s capability and capacity, rationalize the manpower and equipment resources.

4. Develop and maintain the skills matrix for IPQA inspectors to ensure the efficient operation of IPQA inspection.

5. Actualize and supervise the Stat. Technical method, judge and analyse the result..

6. Arrange the quality meeting.

7. The other cases that appoint by manager.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Quality area, at least 1 year in quality check or audit.
3. Familiar with quality improvement tools.
