职位描述：
- Ph.D., Master’s or bachelor’s degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation control etc
- at least 8 to 10 years’ engineering background in the field of power electronics, international company with China design presence background is preferred, 3 to 5 design experience plus 5 to 7 years of reliability experience
- Very good understanding of the power electronics product
--with very good knowledge of reliability including the tools, equipment, test plans such as Components Design derating guideline, Dual source plan, High temperature & Lo temperature operation test, Thermal cycle test, Thermal shock test, Salt spray test, HALT test, HASS test, others
-- Have proven and successful history
- Results-oriented with good ability to collaborate with others
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good English and Chinese communication skill
