2、同新、旧客户保持联系增加沟通，了解客户所需。
3、接收客户的投诉信息，并将相关的信息传递到公司的相关部门。
4、掌握、了解市场信息，开发新的客源。
5、做好售后服务
任职资格：
1、良好的沟通能，学习能力强
2、工作细致认真，责任心强、思维敏捷、具有较强的团队合作精神
3、有良好的职业道德，能承受一定得工作压力
4、熟悉外贸跟单流程，有一年以上外贸跟单工作者优先
