职位描述：
Electrical Engineer / 电子工程师
Position Details:
1. Responsible for the optical transceiver module NPI and Volume production. / 负责光通讯收发模块的新产品导入及量产支持。
2. Responsible for the product failure analyze, yield improve and scrap decrease. /负责产品失效分析，良率提升以及减少报废。
3. Responsible for engineering change, document maintenance. / 负责相关文件编写及工程变更。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. / 本科以上学历.
2. At least 2 years or above working experience of PE in electronic or communication area. /三年电子或通讯行业产品工程师经验，精通数电，模电及单片机。
3. Familiar with circuit analyze and MCU, understand chip datasheet product schematic, Use oscillograph to analyze the circuit is a Must. / 能熟练使用示波器，万用表对失效器件进行分析。
3. Basic optical knowledge or optical transceiver experience is a plus. /有光通讯模块工作经验优先.
4. Good English ability, can communicate with customer smoothly. / 英语良好，能用英语交流。
