任职资格：
1、本科毕业3年以上，电气专业及相关专业；
2、具有自动化设备电气等方面经验者优先；
3、熟悉PLC、组态软件；
4、读懂电气制图和相关的标准文件；
　按照产品技术要求和现场情况，绘制电气原理图和接线图，并对元器件进行选择；
5、熟练操作Soliwords 、AutoCAD 等软件并且可以进行电气、线路等开发设计；
6、具责任心、自我激励、积极主动、融入团队，能动手做电气装配和调试等工作。
岗位职责：
1、负责电气设计、电气图纸绘制、电气部件选型、调试、安装指导、现场维护；
2、熟悉电气施工图，能审核图纸，优化施工图；
3、样机测试，处理电气故障，提出产品改进措施；
4、准备生产文件、使用手册等相关文件资料；
5、优化产品，学习提高设计能力；
6、有组态软件远程监控设计经验者优先。
7、有较强的工程/技术管理能力、较强的组织及协调能力。
