职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ：
A. Cashier and Payment Process
? Verification and processing of the associates’ reimbursement claims
? Settlement of the account payables
? Petty cash payments
? Social insurance contribution and the tax settlement
? Clearance of inward remittance in foreign currency
? Liaison with the bank for inquiries

B. Statutory Filing
? Filing of the tax return for VAT and Corporate Income Tax
? Annual examination on the business licenses and the company profile.
? Coordination with the outsourced professional firms for the tax filings in Shenzhen and Suzhou.

C. Commercial Business Responsibilities
? Create proforma invoices to customers for the sales order confirmation.
? Confirm outstanding balances with customers
? Follow up of the receivable settlements from customers
? Issue VAT invoices to customers
? Coordination with the logistic team and forwarders for the import/export customs clearance process.
? Generate weekly sales, margin and inventory report for review/distribution to International Controller
? Assist Sr. International Business Manager with monitoring and reconciling investment spend per region
? Prepare pricing analysis on existing products for customer price lists and on new products as part of the project process

REQUIREMENTS：
? Minimum 5 years working experience of MNC in China
? University Degree in related disciplines
? Operate in a highly matrixed environment, with reporting responsibilities to the Director – Finance and Administration (Hong Kong) and the International Controller (Amsterdam)
? Comprehensive practical experience and understanding of PRC GAAP, Taxation, and other statutory requirements and regulations
? Hands on experience in using Accounting software, UFIDA( 用友 )
? Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
? Fluent ability to speak, write and read Chinese and English
? Independent, with good self-initiative and motivation to contribute to a growing business.
