职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Manage CS team to process all orders efficiently, accurately and timely.
2.Ensure all customers' inquiries on deliveries and stock availability are replied competently and promptly.
3.Ensure end users/customers complaints are properly and efficiently dealt with, and register all valid complaints into CCR (Customer Complain Records).
4.Provide on time weekly /monthly sales reports and analysis sales figures with sales team to control booking & revenue risks.
5.Lead CS team to provide sales team and key customers with outstanding order & delivery status timely
6.Set up procedures and Co-ordinate with sales & PMC personnel to prioritize production plan according to customer requirements.
7.Actively participate in any improvement projects conducted by the company.
8.Lead team to prepare delivery docs and invoices for account receivable purpose, and support sales/PM team to clear up the overdue AR.
9.Work closely with sales & finance team on monthly reporting procedure, and work with IT & finance team on specific reports required by the immediate supervisor / management.

Requirement:
1.Diploma/ Degree with 8 years of working experiences, minimum 3 years of customer service management
2.Major in business management, International trading, marketing, and finance, legal or engineering
3.Excellent interpersonal skills and team-player
4.Fluent in English and Mandarin, Excellent MS OA (excel) skills
5.SAP/Info XA knowledge is highly advantageous
