2、 客户投诉问题的推动改善与跟踪确认
3、统筹、统计分析制程异常的改善，以及预防与持续改善
4、 统筹、统计分析客户投诉改善，以及预防与持续改善
5、推动品质保证流程的持续改善6、推动物料优质选型，以及客诉物料问题改善与预防

任职资格节选：
1、大专以上学历，专业优先；
2、.2年以上品质相关工作经验，有行业经验者优先考虑；
3、在质量控制/管理方面的思路清晰，坚持原则底线，具备现场品质稽核的能力；熟练应用各项品质管理工具
4、较好的逻辑思维能力及对问题的独立分析、判断、解决能力；
