Quality Assurance Analyst

We are currently seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst. As a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst at Avocette, you will be reporting to the QA Practice Manager. Your main responsibility will be reviewing project deliverables documentation, and writing and reviewing Test Plans. You possess strong analytical skills, are detail oriented, highly organized, an excellent written and verbal communicator, easy to get along with, and eager to pursue a career in Quality Assurance.



Skills, Abilities & Experience

? Experience with Technical Writing

? Experience with or introductory knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies

? Ability to analyze documentation and identify information gaps, continuity flaws, logic discrepancies, and English language and grammar flaws

? Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

? Ability to work well in a team environment

? Ability to exercise sound judgment on quality assurance decisions and tasks

? Ability to work well under moderate supervision



Duties and Responsibilities

? Reviewing and analyzing basic to medium complexity project documentation

? Writing and reviewing Test Plans

? Recording and reporting quality assurance task results

? Working with project team members to improve the quality of project deliverables

? Following set standards and methodologies for quality assurance tasks

? Participating in continual improvement projects and tasks

? Other quality assurance duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor



Qualifications

? 0 – 2 years of technical writing, software testing, or software development, or IT related experience (preference will be given to those who have technical writing experience)

? Certification, Degree, or Diploma in technical writing, computer information systems, computer science, or related fields 举报 分享
