职位描述：

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate business strategies especially sales/marketing and implementation plans to achieve the company's missions and objectives;
• Monitor and control company profits, costs, business processes, compliance with group policies and implementation of best practices, governance, etc.
• Analyze and control operating performance, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, etc;
• Develop business on internet in China;
• Meet sales targets and manage business development team to work with existing clients and explore new business opportunities. Focus on client base and business relationships;
• Develop and improve the internal policies and procedures;
• Report monthly finance and operations to the management;
• Manage company daily operation;
• Ensure all procedures comply with statutory requirements;
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder is highly preferable;
• Minimum 5-10 years' relevant working experience in management level, and direct sales experience;
• Experience/Exposure with China MUST;
• Good leadership with organizational and problem solving skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English;
• Must have good communication and presentation skills;
• Mature, positive, conscientious, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Immediate availability preferred;
• STATION IN CHINA
