职位描述：

Bms/Havc/Fire System Senior Engineer (Welcome foreigner)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for building intelligent systems (including fire alarm, security alarm, access control, intercom, access control, air conditioning, building automation etc.) design and consulting.
• Bid documents generating, and project follow up.
• Technicians team management and building.
• Provide technical advise/ support.
• Report the progress of works to supervisors

Job Requirements

• Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering or more than 10 years of relevant working experience.
• More than five-year experience in Fire Industry;
• Experience in Building Management System, such as Fire Alarm System, Water Sprinkler System, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm System, Air Conditioning, Building Automation will be asset.
• Good knowledge in CCTV Security System, with high sensitive to development trend of CCTV Industry, new technology and products .
• Have a comprehensive system integration technology management ability.
• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiar with relevant design software, Budgeting software and office software.
• Good written and reading English.

Job Relevant Information:

· office hours: Five days a week, 8 hours per day.

· Vacation: According to China legal holiday vacation.
